Shipping Policy

We know you can't wait to start creating new playworlds for your little ones - we're as excited as you are! We are a small humble business and every item is carefully checked and hand-packed by us before shipping.

For domestic orders within Singapore, kindly allow between 4-7 business days for your package to arrive.
A S$5 flat shipping fee will be charged for orders below S$80.
Free shipping for domestic orders above S$80 (excludes pre-order items). Orders that include in-stock items and preorder items will only be shipped once the preorder items arrive.

Message/Email us about worldwide shipping. 

Kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurately entered in your order to prevent any delay in shipping or lost packages. Do note that should there be a need to re-deliver due to inaccurate/incomplete information provided, an additional shipping fee of S$5 will be charged.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We take utmost care in checking every item and all packages are hand-packed by us.

If something is missing from your order, or if you've received a defective or damaged item, kindly contact us at leiasplayworld@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and/or details of the defect within 5 days of receiving the item(s), based on the delivery date indicated in our system. We won't be able to look into any disputes beyond 5 days of receipt of the item(s).

For defects/damage to be considered for a refund or exchange, kindly:

  • Send a photo of the outer packaging if there are dents or damage
  • Send a photo of the defect (i.e. broken/chipped part) with the corresponding piece(s) that have broken off

We're happy to review disputes as long as issues are not pertaining to misuse, neglect, wear & tear, and accidents. Our team will be in touch within 2 weeks of receiving your email. It is within our sole discretion to grant an exchange or a refund.

  • For items that are in stock, an exchange may be granted.
  • For items that are out of stock, a refund of the item's purchased price may be awarded in the form of store credits that you may use for future purchases.

Strictly no refunds and exchanges will be granted for PERFECTLY IMPERFECT items.
